Official description of the call
1.- Purpose of the subsidy. Subsidize the payment of the rent of a commercial premises located in Irura to an entrepreneur who wants to start a new economic activity. It will be granted in accordance with the municipal Ordinance approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council and published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. 2.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Those indicated in art. 3 of the municipal ordinance. 3.- Budget. -€5,000 -Item: 1.0000.471.431.10.00.2024. 4.- Deadline and place for submitting applications. -Deadline: From the day following the publication of this Announcement in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa until December 30, 2024. -Place: In the Entry Registry of this City Council located at Plaza San Miguel 1, 20271 Irura (Gipuzkoa) or electronically at www.irura.eus. Resources: This agreement is final administratively. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against it before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Donostia, within a period of two months from the day following its notification, without prejudice to the filing of any other appeal that may be deemed pertinent. You may optionally file an appeal for reconsideration before this City Council, within a period of one month from the day following receipt of this notification.
