Official description of the call
First. Object of the subsidy Aid intended for the creation of a network of digital training centers in local entities for the financial year 2024 within the framework of the PRTR, in accordance with the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves its Regulations, and under the Order EFP/440/2023, of April 24, which creates the state network of digital training centers, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Second. Beneficiaries Local territorial entities, public entities dependent on them and autonomous organizations in charge of educational services and non-formal education programs for adult education, vocational training and/or training for employment or similar services, constituted under the regulations of the Bases of the 3rd Local Regime and in accordance with the provisions of article 85.bis of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime. Third. Purpose Development of the state network of digital training centers. These subsidies finance the creation of 365 new centers in the state network of digital training centers in local entities and, consequently, the training actions linked to the digital training of citizens taught in these centers. Room. Regulatory bases Order EFP/440/2023, of April 24, which establishes the regulatory bases and makes the call for the year 2023 for the creation of a state network of digital training centers in local entities, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Fifth. Amount Total allocation of 8,942,500.00 euros, with the amount of aid per beneficiary being 24,500.00 euros. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications Ten (10) calendar days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official State Gazette".
