Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The following town councils may be beneficiaries of the subsidies that regulate this call: Badalona, Badia del Vallès, Barberà del Vallès, Begues, Castellbisbal, Castelldefels, Cerdanyola del Vallès, Cervelló, Corbera de Llobregat, Cornellà de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat, Gavà, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Molins de Rei, Montcada i Reixac, Montgat, Pallejà, La Palma de Cervelló, El Papiol, El Prat de Llobregat, Ripollet, Sant Adrià de Besòs, Sant Andreu de la Barca, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Sant Climent de Llobregat, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Just Desvern, Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Santa Coloma de Cervelló, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Tiana, Torrelles de Llobregat and Viladecans. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate competitive public competition for the granting of subsidies to metropolitan councils in accordance with the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies to promote open government in metropolitan councils. The purpose of these subsidies is to promote and encourage open government policies that promote a new organizational culture of operation, more open and transparent, based on permanent dialogue between the Administration and citizens, and on the principle of good governance. In this way, extraordinary resources are provided to metropolitan municipalities to comply with legal requirements in terms of transparency, accountability, good governance and public integrity. Third. Regulatory bases: Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to promote open government in metropolitan municipalities published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on July 10, 2024. Fourth. Amount: The maximum total amount allocated to eligible projects is FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€400,000), charged to budget application S1040 92000 46213, which will be distributed as follows in the AMB budget: - ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€100,000) charged to budget application S1040 92000 46213, or whichever corresponds, of the AMB budget for the year 2024. - THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€300,000) charged to budget application S1040 92000 46213, or whichever corresponds, of the AMB budget for the year 2025. All projects that, in application of the established scale, have obtained a minimum score of 55 will receive a subsidy. points. The distribution of the amount allocated to these subsidies will be done in proportion to the score obtained, among all the projects that have obtained the minimum score, with the following conditions: - The maximum amount that the AMB will contribute will be 25,000 euros per municipality. - The maximum percentage of aid that the AMB will provide will be 90% of the project budget. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications may be submitted from the day following the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona through the National Subsidies Database and until September 20, 2024. Any application submitted outside this deadline will not be accepted for processing. Sixth. Other information Applications to participate in this call will be submitted through the EACAT platform with the forms that appear as attached documentation in the call.
