Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries: The entities that own the hunting rights of sports hunting reserves in force registered in the province of Alicante, registered in the registry of the corresponding Department of the Generalitat Valenciana, as non-profit entities, may benefit from the subsidies: Line A.- The entities that own the hunting rights of sports hunting reserves that are located in the 16 municipal areas of the province of Alicante affected by the serious forest fires may be beneficiaries. occurred during August 2022 included in the Agreement of 8/23/2022 adopted by the Council of Ministers declaring areas seriously affected by civil protection emergencies in order to articulate aid for the areas affected by forest fires and in the Agreement of August 30, 2022, of the Consell, starting the actions to alleviate the damage caused by the serious forest fires of July and August 2022. These municipalities are: Relative to Vall d'Ebo forest fire: La Vall d'Alcalá, l'Atzúbia, Balones, Benimassot, Castell de Castells, Fageca, Famorca, Orba, Pego, Planes, Tollos, Tormos, Vall d'Ebo, Vall de Gallinera and Vall de Laguar. Relating to the Petrer forest fire: Petrer. Line B.- Entities that own the hunting rights of sports hunting reserves that are located in other municipal areas of the province of Alicante other than those that may be beneficiaries of line A may be beneficiaries. For both lines A and B, the same entity that owns the hunting rights of sports hunting reserves may be the beneficiary of several subsidies in the same call, provided that it requests actions on the various hunting reserves that it manages. In this case, you will have to submit an application for each hunting reserve on which you are going to act. Second.- Purpose: The eligible actions that will be considered current expenses are the following: a) Clearing of terraces intended for planting and fire prevention. Manual or mechanized clearing of agricultural terraces that have not yet acquired forestry status, in accordance with article 2 of Law 3/1993, of December 9, Forestry of the Valencian Community. b) Elevation or deep tillage of the land. c) Grading of the land. d) Sow cereal, legumes or sunflower; mixed or pure (including the seed), without the use of pesticides and leaving the crop unharvested in summer. e) Organic amendment with manure (20 tons/Ha), and fertilization of the land with inorganic fertilizers. f) Repair of shelters, food points and water points for wildlife. g) Repair of water ponds. h) Repair of signs. These actions to be subsidized will be contained in or will be compatible with the reserve's annual management plan and its technical hunting management plan. These actions and the maximum prices that are subsidized are detailed in the table “Applicable actions and maximum prices” in ANNEX II of these bases. The beneficiary entities of the subsidy will be responsible for executing the subsidized actions. The subsidized actions will be those carried out from December 1, 2023 to November 15, 2024, both inclusive. Third.- Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Plenary of the Excma. Provincial Council of Alicante (published in BOP no. 118, of May 27, 2005), Basis of Execution of the Budget of the Excma. Provincial Council of Alicante in force, and specific Bases of the Call. Fourth.- Amount. The Call, for which a financial allocation of 240,000 euros (VAT included) is foreseen, will be allocated to the budget application 26.4191.4830000 of the 2024 Provincial Budget within maintenance expenses or current assets; 120,000 euros (VAT included) for line A and 120,000 euros (VAT included) for line B. For line A, the maximum subsidy budget for the set of actions requested on a hunting reserve is 7,500 euros (VAT included). The amount of the subsidy will be 100% of the total cost of the action. For line B, the maximum subsidy budget for the set of actions requested on a hunting reserve is 4,500 euros (VAT included). The amount of the subsidy will be 100% of the total cost of the action.
