Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities that carry out socio-economic development projects in the municipalities of the province of Córdoba and that meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidy and obtain the status of beneficiaries: - The “non-profit” condition must be expressly included in its Statutes or has been established by any Public Administration, however those established under Law 19/1977, of April 1, in the business field, and under the protection of the Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, in the union field. - Have its registered office in a municipality in the province of Córdoba (including Córdoba-capital). - That are not participated by Administrations and/or Public Entities - They must be registered in the corresponding Public Registry in advance of submitting the subsidy application. - Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and your obligations with IPRODECO and the Provincial Council of Córdoba - Comply with the requirements and conditions established in the Rules of the Call, in the LGS and in the Regulations. Second.- Object. Promote the socioeconomic development of the municipalities of the province of Córdoba (except the capital) within the following lines of action: - Projects linked to commercial strategies such as attendance at fairs, planning and organization of commercial and sectoral events and general promotion of the business fabric of the province. - Organization of conferences, conferences, training courses that promote entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship through the implementation of business improvement plans, adequate management of resources and establishment of innovative ideas. - Improvement of the activity and competitiveness of the sectors: tourism, artisanal, commercial, agri-food, textile, manufacturing, cultural and ultimately the economy linked to the indigenous resources of our territories. Third.- Eligible expenses. The following current expenses that refer to actions carried out within the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025: - The Entity's own human resources intended to promote the project: technical secretariat, coordination, organizational, etc. With a maximum limit of 10% of the project cost. - Rental of services of: public address and sound, tents and stands, furniture, equipment and machinery, transportation, fixtures, rooms for events and others. - Provision of services of: monitors, speakers, hostesses, cleaning, security, technical secretary, research and development, training, social network management, travel agencies and others. - Expenses for merchandising materials (with the IPRODECO logo printed), course and conference material (also with the presence of the IPRODECO logo), raw materials, consumables. - Insurance, if a regulation requires it for the development of the project, being contracted expressly for the same. - Project dissemination expenses related to dissemination, advertising, printing publications. Fourth.- Regulatory bases. The full text will be published on the edict board of the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Institute of Economic Development www.iprodeco.es/sede, for information purposes. Fifth.- Amount. The maximum budget of the Call amounts to €160,000. Subsidies will be awarded for a maximum amount of €10,000 per beneficiary. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days and will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba. Seventh.- Other data. The applications, accompanied by the documentation/information required in Base 11 of the Call, will be addressed to the Presidency of IPRODECO and will be submitted compulsorily electronically through the Electronic Registry of this local autonomous body available from the website www.iprodeco.es/sede through the electronic form enabled for this purpose in accordance with the procedure described in Base 10.
