Official description of the call
Provincial Council of Seville Development Cooperation Unit – Public Employee Area Extract from Presidential Resolution no. 4465/2024, of July 17, of the Provincial Council of Seville, which approves for the year 2024 the Regulatory Bases and Call for the granting of aid for the co-financing of projects to be carried out in developing countries, aimed at Non-Governmental Organizations (NGDOs), of the Development Cooperation Unit of the Public Employee Area. BDNS (Identif.): 776082 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base: https:www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria Primero. Beneficiaries: Non-Governmental Development Organizations (NGDOs) that have headquarters or permanent delegation in the province of Seville. Second. Purpose: To regulate, on a competitive basis, the aid of the Provincial Council of Seville to Non-Governmental Organizations for Development (NGDOs) for the co-financing of projects, in the modality of indirect cooperation, to developing countries for the year 2024 (art. 6.3 of the Regulation that regulates activities and establishes the rules regarding the distribution of funds destined for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Projects in the Provincial Council of Seville). Third. Regulatory Bases: The Regulatory Bases and Call for Subsidies will be published in the Official Gazette of the province of Seville (https://bopsevilla.dipusevilla.es/), in the e-Board of the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Seville (https://sedeelectronicadipusevilla.es/tablon-1.0/do/entradaPublica?ine=41191) and on the International Cooperation website of the Provincial Council of Seville https://cooperacioninternacional.dipusevilla.es/es/. Room. Amount: The maximum budget of the call amounts to €779,850.00, with the amount of €429,850.00 corresponding to budgets that mostly include non-inventory expenses and the amount of €350,000.00 to budgets with mostly inventoried expenses. Regarding the budget applications affected, they are summarized in: 4107.23100/48000: €429,850.00 - Chapter 4 4107.23100/78000: €350,000.00 - Chapter 7 The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of €30,000.00, up to a maximum of 80% of the total cost of the project. The contribution of 20% of the project by the NGDOs may consist of non-monetary but valuable contributions, the value of which must be reflected in the total amount of the project. Fifth. Submission deadline: In accordance with the provisions of article 14.2.a) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, applications will be submitted to the Electronic Registry of the Provincial Council of Seville, accessible from https://sedeelectronicadipusevilla.es, and must be addressed to the Public Employee Area, Development Cooperation Unit, without prejudice to the provisions of the articles. 16.4 of the same Law, and within a period of thirty business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province (B.O.P.), in compliance with the provisions of articles 18 and 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Sixth. Other information: The different phases of the procedure will be published, when appropriate, on the e-Board of the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Seville (https://sedeelectronicadipusevilla.es/tablon-1.0/do/entradaPublica?ine=41191) and on the International Cooperation website of the Provincial Council of Seville https://cooperacioninternacional.dipusevilla.es/es/. The twenty-first clause establishes the means of notification and publication. Payment of 100% of the aid will be made with the resolution of granting the subsidy. The granting of aid from the Provincial Council of Seville for a specific project is compatible with those obtained from any other type of Public or Private Institution, although the resources obtained may not exceed the total of the project.
