Official description of the call
Provincial Council of Seville Development Cooperation Unit – Public Employee Area Extract from Presidential Resolution no. 4505/2024, of July 18, of the Provincial Council of Seville, which approves for the 2024 financial year the Regulatory Bases and Call for the granting of aid for the co-financing of projects to be carried out in developing countries, aimed at local entities, associations and consortiums of the province of Seville, of the Development Cooperation Unit of the Public Employee Area. BDNS (Identif.): 776093 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base: https:www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria Primero. Beneficiaries: Local entities, Associations and Consortiums of the province of Seville. Second. Purpose: To regulate, on a competitive basis, the aid of the Provincial Council of Seville to local entities, associations and consortiums of the province of Seville for the co-financing of projects, in the modality of indirect cooperation, to developing countries for the year 2024 (art. 6.1. of the Regulation that regulates activities and establishes the rules regarding the distribution of funds destined for Development Cooperation Projects and Humanitarian Aid in the Provincial Council of Seville). Third. Regulatory Bases: The Regulatory Bases and Call for Subsidies will be published in the Official Gazette of the province of Seville (https://bopsevilla.dipusevilla.es/), in the e-Board of the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Seville (https://sedeelectronicadipusevilla.es/tablon-1.0/do/entradaPublica?ine=41191) and on the International Cooperation website of the Provincial Council of Seville https://cooperacioninternacional.dipusevilla.es/es/. Room. Amount: The maximum budget of the call amounts to €350,000.00, with the amount of €219,900.00 corresponding to budgets that mostly include non-inventory expenses and the amount of €130,100.00 to budgets with mostly inventoried expenses. Regarding the affected budget applications, they are summarized in: Chapter 4 – €219,900.00 4107.23100/46200: €213,900.00 4107.23100/46300: €3,000.00 4107.23100/46700: €3,000.00 Chapter 7 – €130,100.00 4107.23100/76200: €124,100.00 4107.23100/76300: €3,000.00 4107.23100/76700: €3,000.00 The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of €25,000.00, in no case may it exceed 80% of the budget presented in the project. Fifth. Submission period: Applications will be submitted electronically by Registry Exchange, through the SIDERAL platform, or through the Registry Interconnection System (SIR), and must be addressed to the Public Employee Area, Development Cooperation Unit, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2.a) of Law 9/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 16.4 of the same Law, within a period of thirty business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province (BOP), after having made the mandatory submission of the extract of the call to the National Subsidies Database, in compliance with articles 18 and 20 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Sixth. Other information: The different phases of the procedure will be published, when appropriate, on the e-Board of the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Seville (https://sedeelectronicadipusevilla.es/tablon-1.0/do/entradaPublica?ine=41191) and on the International Cooperation website of the Provincial Council of Seville https://cooperacioninternacional.dipusevilla.es/es/. The seventeenth clause establishes the means of notification and publication. Payment of 100% of the aid will be made with the resolution of granting the subsidy. NGDOs collaborating with Local Entities and/or Consortia may only collaborate with two of the requesting Institutions, within the framework of these regulatory bases and call. The collaborating NGOs cannot be applicants in the call of the Provincial Council for the concessions.
