Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries: 1. The ultimate beneficiaries of this aid may be private individuals and legal entities, as well as communities of property or civil societies or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that lack personality with tax residence in Asturias, and: a. They are registered in the Registry of Tourist Companies and Activities of the Principality of Asturias or have submitted a complete responsible declaration to obtain tourist classification, without having been notified of their registration number in the Registry of Tourist Companies and Activities at the end of the application submission period. In the event that in the verification process it is concluded that the establishment does not comply with the classification requirements that correspond according to the modality in question and a resolution is issued in that sense, the recognized aid will be revoked and its refund in the event that it had been collected. b. They are registered in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency. c. Your activity is classified under one of the following National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE) codes: 551 Hotels and similar accommodations. 5510 Hotels and similar accommodations. 552 Tourist accommodation and other short-stay accommodation. 5520 Tourist accommodation and other short-stay accommodation. 553 Campsites and caravan parks. 559 Other accommodations. 5590 Other accommodations. 56 Food and beverage services. 561 Restaurants and food stalls. 5610 Restaurants and food stalls. 5621 Provision of prepared meals for events. 5629 Other food services. 5630 Drinking establishments 7911 Activities of travel agencies. 7912 Activities of tour operators. 799 Other reservation services and activities related thereto. 7990 Other reservation services and activities related thereto. 9004 Management of performance venues. 9104 Activities of botanical gardens, zoological parks and nature reserves. 9321 Amusement park and theme park activities. 9329 Recreational activities and entertainment. 2. All applicants must meet the following requirements: a) Be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations and not be indebted to the Principality of Asturias for overdue, liquid and enforceable debts. b) Not be subject to any of the prohibitions contained in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the LGS. 3. When the beneficiaries are natural persons, they must have Spanish nationality or that of one of the Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area or Switzerland. In the case of non-EU foreigners, they must have their tax domicile and permanent operational center in the Principality of Asturias and maintain them, at least, for a period of five years from the publication of the Resolution granting the subsidy. The requirements of the previous paragraph must be met by natural persons who constitute a group of natural persons, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets with tax residence in Spain who, although lacking legal personality, are owners of a tourism company whatever its type. They must also appoint a representative or sole representative with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations that correspond to them as beneficiaries and must expressly state in the subsidy application the execution commitments assumed by each member of the unit. Second.-Object: The purpose of this line of investment is to finance the implementation of energy efficiency projects by tourism companies in the Principality of Asturias. Third.-Regulatory bases: They have been jointly approved by Resolution of July 19, 2024, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Demographic Challenge, Equality and Tourism, which approves the bases and the call for the financing of energy efficiency and circular economy projects of tourism companies in the Principality of Asturias within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (financed by funds from the European Union-Next Generation).
