BDNS (Identification): 776414 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in the present Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. First. Call. The subsidies regulated in the Order of July 2, 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, to promote employment at the local level, the Andalucía Activa Program, are called for the 2024 financial year. Second. Legal Regime. This call will be governed by the provisions therein, in the Order of July 2, 2024, as well as by the rest of the regulations that are applicable at the time the call begins to produce its effects. Third. Object. In accordance with the provisions of article 1.1 of the regulatory bases, these subsidies are intended to promote employment at the local level and improve employability through the acquisition of work experience linked to an occupation, through hiring, for the implementation of projects launched by municipalities and local autonomous entities of Andalusia, financing the following lines: a) Line 1. Subsidies for the promotion of employment at the local level and the improvement of employability in municipalities of up to 50,000 inhabitants and in their local autonomous entities, for the hiring of people in the age groups between 18 and 35 years, both inclusive, and 45 years of age or older. b) Line 2. Subsidies to promote employment at the local level and improve employability in municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants and their local autonomous entities, for the hiring of people 45 years of age or older. Room. Beneficiary entities. 1. In accordance with article 4.1 and 4.2 of the regulatory bases, the following entities may be beneficiaries of the planned subsidies: a) In Line 1 of subsidies, the municipalities of Andalusia with up to 50,000 inhabitants and their local autonomous entities. b) In Line 2 of subsidies, the municipalities of Andalusia with more than 50,000 inhabitants and their local autonomous entities. For these purposes, the reference population is obtained through the annual population census prepared and published by the National Institute of Statistics, or when the applicant is an autonomous local entity, through the Andalusian Registry of Local Entities, in force on the date of publication of this call. 2. In any case, the entities requesting the grants called must comply with the requirements established in article 4 of the aforementioned order, with the exceptions indicated therein. Fifth. Financing and budget availability. 1. The maximum total amount allocated to this call for Lines 1 and 2 is one hundred nine million nine hundred and ninety-eight thousand euros (€109,998,000), being limited, in any case, to the existing budgetary availability, in accordance with the provisions of article 119.2.j) of Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2, which approves the text recast of the General Law of Public Finance of the Junta de Andalucía. 2.
