Official description of the call
Extract from the agreement of the Government Board of 07/26/2024, which calls for subsidies to City Councils of the province of Burgos or to private non-profit entities, for maintenance costs of centers and development of social services programs and activities, fiscal year 2024. First.-Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of this Call: a) City councils of the province of Burgos with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. b) Private non-profit entities that are registered in the Registry of Entities, Services and Centers of a social nature or that have a registration request before the publication of this Call and that carry out their activities in the field of Social Services with a population residing in municipalities of less than twenty thousand inhabitants, within the sectors covered by the Call, and that do not obtain financing from the Provincial Council through a Collaboration Agreement directly or indirectly. Second.-Object. The purpose of this Call is to award, on a competitive basis, subsidies aimed at City Councils in the province of Burgos with less than 20,000 inhabitants and Private Non-Profit Entities in the province of Burgos, intended to finance the costs of maintaining Centers and carrying out activity projects in the field of social services, which are developed within the scope of action of the Provincial Council of Burgos during the year 2024. Applications may only be submitted for the financing of one of the following Projects, exclusively: a) CENTER MAINTENANCE PROJECT for people with disabilities, older people, people at risk of social exclusion, children and minors, and family support centers. b) PROJECT OF ACTIVITIES for people with disabilities, older people, people at risk of social exclusion, children and minors, or support for families. c) INNOVATIVE PROJECTS REGARDING SOCIAL LABOR INSERTION AND TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH GROUPS AT RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION. Third.-Amount. The total budget allocated to this Call will be 300,000 euros, charged to the following budget applications of the General Budget for 2024: a) 100,000 euros charged to application no. 39.2312.462.00/10.2, intended for City Councils, Social Services subsidies. b) 200,000 euros charged to application no. 39.2312.480.00/10.2, intended for Social Services Subsidies. The maximum amount of the subsidy for awareness-raising, promotion of social participation and volunteering projects will be 3,000 euros per project and per beneficiary, and for the rest of the projects it will be 12,000 euros. In the case of innovative projects regarding socio-labor insertion and employment training with groups at risk of social exclusion, the maximum amount to be financed will be 30,000 euros per project and per beneficiary. The contribution of the Provincial Council of Burgos may not exceed 90% of the total budget for each project that is financed, and the beneficiaries must contribute, as financing (own or obtained through other means), a minimum of 10% of the total accepted budget. The amount to be justified by the beneficiary will be 100% of the approved cost or investment, with a maximum of 90% of said amount corresponding to the Provincial Council's contribution, and the remaining 10% to its own financing and obtained through other means. Fourth.-Deadline for submission of applications. Applications will be submitted within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos. Fifth.-Annexes and documentation The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Burgos http://www.burgos.es/ayuntamientos/ayudas-y-subvenciones
