and in the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council (http://seuelectronica.granollers.cat): First.- Beneficiaries The communities of owners that are legally constituted may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Not be subject to any of the prohibition cases for being a beneficiary of subsidies in accordance with article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Applicants must be up to date with the payment of taxes and/or any other municipal financial obligation with the Granollers City Council and up to date with tax and social security obligations. Requirements of the buildings subject to the actions: The properties will be existing and located in the municipality of Granollers, which meet the following minimum conditions, according to information contained in the cadastre: That at least 50% of the built surface above ground level has residential use. They must be properties with a building typology of a minimum of a ground floor plus two floors. It must be stated that there are a minimum of 4 homes. They must comply with current urban planning legislation and not have urban planning discipline files in process, with the exception of Line 2 where there are execution orders for the conservation and maintenance of facades and party walls in residential buildings. The actions for which these subsidies are requested must have the required administrative authorization or municipal license before starting the works, or have submitted the corresponding communication, and must comply with current urban planning legislation. In the case of Line 2, the actions included in the execution orders may be executed. That the actions have the agreement of the community of owners, in accordance with article 553-25 of Law 5/2006, of May 10, of the fifth book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, relating to property rights. Constructive, typological and formal solutions will be used that are consistent with the architectural characteristics of the building and its surroundings. Second.- Purpose The subsidy includes actions in multi-family residential buildings located in Granollers, for effective adaptation actions in terms of accessibility and rehabilitation interventions of common elements with respect to serious pathologies. Third.- Regulatory Bases The Local Government Board, on May 7, 2024, approved the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at improving accessibility and to rehabilitate serious pathologies in the common elements of multi-family housing buildings. The text of these Regulatory Bases was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on May 15, 2024. The Bases can be consulted on the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council, subsidy section. Fourth.- Amount The maximum amount of the subsidy will be determined by the lowest value resulting from the application of the table established below. In any case, the amount of the subsidy may not exceed the cost of the action, including the receipt of other subsidies. Line 1 Eligible amount 50% of the eligible cost Maximum limit 3,000 euros per home, with a maximum of 30,000 per building. Line 2 Eligible amount 50% of the eligible cost Maximum limit 1,000 euros per home The maximum total amount of which this subsidy program is endowed is 100,000.00 euros, which will be charged to the application L3101/15220/78002 Aid to improve accessibility. These subsidies are granted by the Granollers City Council, who will assume their payment. Regarding this additional amount, the expansion of the budget allocation available for this call is planned, set at a maximum additional amount of 50,000.00 euros, which will be charged to the expenses budget of the Granollers City Council for the year 2024, in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The effectiveness of this amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the corresponding credit. The granting body must publish the declaration of available credits and the final distribution prior to the granting resolution.
