Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a. of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Burgos (http://www.burgos.es), in the “Aid and subsidies” section. First.- Beneficiaries. Local Entities of the province of Burgos, with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, that organize fairs, contests or exhibitions of an agricultural nature during the year 2024. Second.- Purpose. Subsidize the organization and celebration of fairs, contests, exhibitions, displays, etc. of an agricultural nature, its purpose being the promotion of these activities in the rural areas of the province of Burgos given the socio-economic interest of these activities for the agricultural sector. Exclusive craft fairs whose purpose is the promotion of other economic sectors are not the object of this aid. Third.- Amount. The total credit assigned to the Call is 100,000 Euros. The amount of the subsidy will be 75% of the amount of the budget of expenses involved in the organization and celebration of the activity, and in no case may it be higher than the following amounts: €12,000.00 for international events €6,000.00 for national events €4,000.00 for regional events €2,000.00 for provincial and local events Fourth.-Deadline for submission of requests. Applications will be submitted within 20 business days from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. Fifth.- The complete Rules, annexes and other documentation corresponding to this Call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Burgos: http://www.burgos.es/ayuntamientos/ayudas-y-subvenciones.
