Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a. of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Burgos (http://www.burgos.es), in the “Aid and subsidies” section. First.- Beneficiaries.- Organizations, associations or non-profit entities with registered offices in the province of Burgos, that organize fairs, contests or exhibitions of an agricultural nature during the year 2024. Second.-. Purpose.- Subsidize the holding of fairs, contests, exhibitions, exhibitions, samples, ... of an agricultural nature by non-profit organizations or entities, their main purpose being the promotion and support of these activities given their socio-economic interest for the agricultural sector of the province of Burgos. Exclusive craft fairs whose purpose is the promotion of other economic sectors are not the object of this aid. Third.- Amount.- The total credit assigned to the Call is 30,000 Euros. The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of 50% of the budget of expenses involved in the organization of the subsidized activity and in no case exceed 3,000 Euros per application. Fourth.- Deadline for submitting applications.- Applications will be submitted within 20 business days from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. Fifth.- The complete Rules, annexes and other documentation corresponding to this Call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Burgos: https://www.burgos.es/servicios-al-ciudadano/ayudas-y-subvenciones.
