Official description of the call
The Baztan City Council, through resolution No. 378/2024 of August 5, 2024, approved the regulatory bases for the public call for subsidies for cultural activities promoted by the Baztan associations for the year 2024. First. – Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid must meet the following requirements: 1.– Be a non-profit association. 2.– Have registered and tax domicile in Baztan. 3.– Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and not be in debt to the Baztan City Council. 4.– Entities that meet some of the circumstances established in article 13, sections 2 and 3, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. Annex III (requirement 4) Beneficiaries must provide documentary evidence of compliance with the requirements. Requirement 1. Presentation of the association's statutes. If this documentation is already in the possession of the Baztan City Council, it will only be necessary to provide a responsible declaration from the legal representative indicating that it has not been modified, see Annex III Second. - Purpose. Financially support the carrying out of cultural activities: a) That promote the use of Basque. b) Of a training nature (courses, workshops, conferences). c) Of a creative nature (exhibitions). d) Of an artistic nature (theater, video, concerts) or others of a similar nature. e) That they are open to the entire population. f) That promote gender equality and/or the prevention of violence against women. Third. - Regulatory bases. http://www.baztan.eus Fourth. – Amount. The total amount allocated will be 22,000 euros. Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. Applications will be submitted, duly completed, electronically through the electronic registry of the Baztan City Council Electronic Headquarters - BAZTAN or in any official registry by the person who legally represents the association. The submission deadline will be until November 8, 2024 inclusive.
