First.- Beneficiaries and eligible concepts. Approve and expand the call for the year 2024 for financial aid to the population of Bermeo for the preparation and obtaining of a driving license in Basque. Second.- Regulatory bases This call is contemplated in the budgets of the Bermeo City Council for the year 2024, within the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2023-2025 approved by the Plenary session of the City Council on May 1, 2023.
