EXTRACT OF THE CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF AID FOR THE ECONOMIC BOOST AND THE RECOVERY OF THE AGRICULTURAL SPACES OF MASSAMAGRELL - 2024 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call of the Decree 2024/0980 of 08/08/2024, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries In accordance with the fifth basis of the call: 1.To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy, applicants must meet the following requirements: a. Be registered in the Special System for Agricultural Self-Employed Workers, or be the owner of the agricultural plot. b. That the agricultural plot is located in the municipality of Massamagrell. 2. In no case may those who incur any of the prohibition causes provided for in art. 13.2 and art 13.3 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to support, promote and promote the agricultural sector of Massamagrell through the establishment of financial aid in order to promote the recovery of the Massamagrell orchard by reducing operating costs derived from the cultivation of fruit and vegetables. Third. Regulatory bases Both the general ordinance and the bases of the call are published on the electronic headquarters www.massamagrell.es and in the National Subsidies Database. General Bases: Ordinance Regulating the Granting of Subsidies of the Massamagrell City Council published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia no. 85, of May 5, 2022 in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Room. Amount As established in the seventh base, the subsidy will be granted for a maximum amount of €2,500. The amount awarded will be for the amount correctly justified by the invoices presented. However, in the event that the applications submitted do not exhaust the budgetary credit provided for in the first paragraph of the third base, the amount granted to the applicants may be increased to cover the amount correctly justified by the invoices presented. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting the aid application will be from September 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024, as established in the ninth base. Sixth. Other information The documentation indicated in the eighth base of the Regulatory Bases of the call must be attached to the subsidy application.
