The Board of Directors of the Honorse-Tierra de Pinares Association, as the Decision Body of the Leader, resolves to approve and publish this call for aid: First.- Object and Purpose: The purpose of this call is to finance productive and non-productive projects that are executed within the framework of measure 7119.2 of the PEPAC 2023-2027 in Castilla y León and the EDLL 2023-2027 of the Local Action Group Honor Tierra de Pinares. Second.- Conditions: 1.- The projects must be executed within the territorial scope of the EDLL of the Honorse Tierra de Pinares Local Action Group approved by Order AGR/647/2023 of May 16, which resolves the call for the selection of candidate entities to become local action groups within the framework of the Strategic Plan for Community Agrarian Policy (PEPAC) in Castilla y León, for the period 2023-2027. Third.- Financial Endowment The financial endowment allocated to this call will adjust to the allocation approved for the Honorse Tierra de Pinares Local Action Group in Order AGR/1048/2023, of August 25 and the limitations established in ORDER AGR/887/2023 of July 10, in its article 6 section c. Fourth.- Beneficiaries: Those established by the Leader Aid Regime in article 6 may be beneficiaries of the aid covered by this call. SMEs, as established in Annex 1 of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2022/2472, of December 14, 2022. Local entities, with a territorial scope lower than the provincial level. Natural persons. Foundations and associations, as well as any other entity, associative or corporate, with legal personality. Communities of property or other communal type entities. Public law persons based on private associations. Local Action Group To be a beneficiary you must be registered in the Registry of Beneficiaries of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development. Fifth.- Deadline and form for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin from September 16, 2024 and until December 31, 2027. The submission of the application in accordance with the standardized model and the documentation listed in point six of the call must be submitted in person at the offices of the Honorse Tierra de Pinares Local Action Group located at C/ Trinidad, 22; 40200 Cuéllar (Segovia) for registration, and electronically through the IT application Management of External Leader Aids (GALE) https://particulares.ayg.jcyl.es/. Sixth.- Application selection criteria The operations or projects for which aid is requested from the Group will be subject to the selection criteria included in the Leader Management Procedure - after verification that the project and the promoter comply with the provisions of the Leader Aid Regime. Seventh.- Resources According to the Aid Regime in its article 14, the resolutions of the procedures for granting subsidies, the procedures for managing and justifying subsidies and the procedures to determine non-compliance and the procedural acts that determine the impossibility of continuing the procedure or produce helplessness, will put an end to the administrative route and the interested party may file an optional appeal for reconsideration against them, within a period of one month, before the head of the competent General Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, or go directly to the contentious-administrative jurisdiction by filing a contentious-administrative appeal before the Chamber of the same name of the Superior Court of Justice of Castilla y León within a period of two months counting, in both cases, from the day following publication or notification to the interested party.
