Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, it was published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura number 163 dated August 22, 2024, Extract of Decree 79/2024, of July 23, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the realization of investments in modernization by self-employed workers and micro-SMEs in Extremadura, and the first call is approved, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) with the identification BDNS 780941. Article 29.3 of Law 6/2011 of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, establishes that the calls will determine the applications, budget projects and the estimated amounts initially planned for the period of validity of the call. Article 39.4 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura indicates the procedure that must be followed in budget processing for variations that may occur with respect to expenditure projects or budget applications, or amounts initially in calls opened by direct concession. Said procedure essentially consists of the modification of the expenditure file, following a report from the General Intervention, and the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and in the Subsidies Portal of the Autonomous Community of an announcement from the competent body for the approval of the call in which the total credits of the call would be distributed by projects and budget applications, in accordance with the modification produced. In accordance with the single additional provision of Decree 79/2024, of July 23, (DOE no. 163, of August 22, 2024), which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for making investments in modernization by self-employed workers and micro-SMEs in Extremadura, and approves the first call and as established in its tenth section, Financing of aid, the cost of the planned actions is attributed to the budget application 14004.323A.77000, Expenditure Project 20240294 MODERNIZATION OF THE SME, for an amount of 3,000,000 euros charged to this 2024 annuity, financed with the Autonomous Community's own funds. Once the processing of the files submitted to the current call has begun and a part of them having been resolved, with respect to the rest of the files that are still in the investigation phase prior to the issuance of the corresponding resolution, it is considered justified that, in any case, those files, taking into account the deadlines necessary both for the issuance of the aforementioned resolutions, and the subsequent execution and justification of the subsidized projects, by their beneficiaries, in any case, the payment of said aid It will be carried out once the current budget year has ended. That is, all the files of the current call that are pending resolution, when they are going to be approved, will be charged to the budget for the next fiscal year 2025. In this way, in order to carry out the necessary procedures for granting the aid, it is essential to adapt the accounting of the credits to the deadlines for their execution and payments. For all of the above, we proceed to announce the redistribution of the credits provided for in section ten of the single additional provision of Decree 79/2024, of July 23, which approves the first call for aid for making investments in modernization by self-employed workers and micro-SMEs in Extremadura in such a way that the credits assigned to the budget application are reduced. 14004000.323A.77000 Expenditure Project 20240294 “MODERNIZATION OF THE SME” in the 2024 annuity for the amount of 2,525,199.67 euros and the credits assigned to the same budget application and expenditure project in the 2025 annuity are increased by the same amount. The total amount of the call remains at 3,000,000.00 euros that will be financed with the Autonomous Community of Extremadura's own funds.
