Text ES: BDNS (identif.): 781263 In accordance with the provisions of articles 13.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/781263) By Order AGR/1048/2023, of August 25, the Association for the Development of the Western Zone of Salamanca (ADEZOS) was selected as a Local Action Group (GAL) for the application of its Local Development Strategy, through intervention 7119 LEADER, of the Strategic Plan National Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023-2027 of Spain in Castilla y León and we have been allocated a financial allocation to execute the planned local development strategy in our territory of action, in order to award the corresponding aid to the beneficiaries who meet the established requirements. By virtue of the above, the Board of Directors of ADEZOS, as the Decision Body of the LEADER program, resolves to call for said aid: First: Purpose To call for aid in the territorial scope of the ADEZOS GAL within intervention 7119 LEADER, of the National Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023-2027 of Spain in Castilla y León, to be requested by the promoters of projects that comply with the requirements established in the LEADER regulations, in the Aid Regime for the LEADER 2023-2027 application, the selection and ranking criteria for projects and provided that they are within the exclusions and limitations provided. Second: Place and deadline for application The call will be open throughout the application period. The call will be limited, in any case, to the financing available in the Strategy in accordance with the allocations referred to in Order AGR/1048/2023, of August 25.
