THEME TERRACES, 1001 NIGHTS Festivals of the World! First.- PURPOSE The purpose of these RULES is to approve the celebration of a new edition of the Thematic Terraces, 1001 nights Fiestas del Mundo 2024!, in order to promote the tourism initiative and support for the hospitality sector organized by the Hon. Moraleja City Council, which consists of the participating establishments decorating their establishments and offering themed products with the purpose of making customers visit the bars and restaurants that participate in the project. Second.- PARTICIPANTS All restaurant establishments open to the public in Moraleja that have a terrace on public roads may participate in the contest. Third.- PLACE AND REGISTRATION DEADLINES. Registration is free and must be formalized through the Moraleja Tourism Office within the deadline and in the manner indicated in previous meetings with the local hospitality sector. For the contest to take place, a minimum of 4 participating establishments is established. Fourth.- DEVELOPMENT. The Thematic Terraces, 1001 nights Festivals of the World! They will be held from August 22 to 24, 2024 from 9 p.m. to close. During this period, participating establishments must decorate their nightstands according to a common theme, and may offer products according to the chosen theme. With the aim of energizing the initiative, customers will be able to seal the “Boarding Passes” with the seals of the participating establishments, in this way they will choose by popular vote the winning bar or restaurant of the current edition of the Thematic Terraces, 1001 nights World Parties! valuing the originality of their decoration, the service or the products they offer. Fifth.- JURY. The jury will be made by popular vote through the “Boarding Cards”, promotional flyers for the initiative, which must be stamped by each of the participating establishments. Once sealed, they must enter them into the ballot boxes located in the establishments with their personal information and the terrace chosen to be the winner. Once the initiative is finished, the ballot boxes will be collected by staff of the Hon. Moraleja City Council for subsequent vote counting and choosing the winning candle holder. Sixth.- PRIZE The participating establishment that manages to have the most votes as the winning Thematic Terrace chosen by customers will be awarded 300 euros and a commemorative plaque. Seventh.- ADVERTISING Means of notification or publication. These bases will be published in the National Subsidies Base, along with an extract in the B.O.P of Cáceres. Eighth.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES.- Participation in the Thematic Terraces initiative 1001 nights, Fiestas de Mundo! It implies full acceptance of these rules and implies the express consent of the participants so that the Moraleja City Council can use their name and images in the contest, as well as reserves the right to use them for advertising purposes for publication, both on the City Council's website and social networks.
