In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b. and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/inicio), on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (https://www.dphuesca.es/servicios-informáticos) and on the notice board of the DPH electronic headquarters (https://dphuesca.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/). First. Beneficiaries: Municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants in the province of Huesca, which meet the requirements set out in this call and are not involved in any of the causes established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for granting, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies for municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants, to finance the installation and commissioning of a video camera system at access points to the municipality in the year 2024. Third. Regulatory bases: The General Ordinance approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Provincial Council of Huesca, in its latest modification published in BOP No. 125, dated July 1, 2024; and published on the transparency portal of the Provincial Council of Huesca. Room. Amount: The maximum total amount of the subsidy referred to in this call is estimated and amounts to €100,000, which will be attributed to the budget application: 61 1320 762000 Territorial Security Plan from the budget of the Provincial Council of Huesca, RC no. 2025.2.0000758.000, the granting of these being conditional. aid for the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in fiscal year 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information: It is necessary for the beneficiaries to obtain authorization from the Delegation of the Government of the Autonomous Community of Aragon for the installation of the video cameras, which will be presented with the justification of the subsidy in accordance with the deadlines provided in the tenth base of the call.
