Official description of the call
The Sueca City Council, with the aim of providing continuity and stimulating purchases in the municipality as well as establishing the commercial fabric in the municipality, has drafted guidelines to promote purchases in local businesses, as well as the promotion of local commercial activity. These bases are intended to promote sales in local businesses in Sueca, as well as encourage local buyers to avoid the flight of expenses to other nearby destinations with large commercial facilities. The bases include the aid intended for consumers registered in the municipality of Sueca, who at the time of purchasing their bonds will pay 50% of their nominal value, with the other 50% being the amount of the direct municipal subsidy. Participating people will be able to make their purchases within the dates announced for 3 weeks. Applications for the purchase of bonds may only be processed after the publication of the extract of this call. To meet the amount of subsidies to be granted, an item has been created in the 2024 budget with an allocation of €25,000, of which 50% will correspond to the consumers of the bonds, and the other 50% the amount of the direct municipal subsidy. These rules will be published on the notice board of the Sueca City Council and on the Transparency Portal of the Electronic Headquarters of the Sueca City Council. The call will be registered in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), which will refer the extract to the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia for publication. Everything that is not provided for in the legal regime established in these regulatory bases will be governed by the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Sueca City Council and the Bases for the Execution of the Sueca Budget, and as a supplement, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its implementing regulations. REGULATORY BASES OF THE SUECA CITY COUNCIL 2024 TRADE BOND CAMPAIGN SUBSIDY "III Edition A Sueca, you buy + for -" 1. First. Objective and purpose. The objective of the call is to encourage citizen consumption in local businesses in different sectors in the municipality, with the aim of alleviating competition from large stores and online sales, and to thank customers for their support and loyalty to Sueca's commerce. The campaign will consist of putting into circulation a series of vouchers (€80) that can be spent in any of the businesses, and small local business establishments that join the campaign. Consumers will be able to purchase: €40 voucher and will be able to spend it for a value of up to €80. Consumers, when purchasing the vouchers, will pay 50% of their nominative value, with the other 50% being the amount of the direct municipal subsidy. 2. Second. Participating establishments. Local businesses and small business establishments belonging to the municipality of Sueca may participate free of charge, excluding the EATMS of El Perello and Mareny Barraquetes, with the CNAE/IAE for sale to the public and with a permanent premises open to the public in Sueca, and whose: * CNAE (Royal Decree 475/2007-April 13-cnae-2009: section G, division 47, except groups and classes 4726/ 473/ 4773 /478 /479. * IAE (Royal Decree Law 1175/1991- of September 28-): First Section, Division 6, Groups: 64 except group 646 and section 647.5 and 65 except section 652.1 and groups 654 and 655. following activities: - Pharmacies. - Tobacco stores (tobacco sales are excluded) if their sale is diversified they may participate with the IAE for commercial sales, footwear, clothing, etc. - Gas stations (fuel sales are excluded) if their sales are diversified they may participate with the IAE for commercial sales of food, books, etc. - Retail sales of fried doughs - Food Points and beverage machines 3. Third. Participation of businesses, establishments and citizens requires prior adhesion to the campaign. The request for adhesion and participation will be formalized through registration in a Google form that will be created for this purpose. The campaign form will include the necessary information on documents to be provided and the deadline to make the adhesion effective.
