Official description of the call

First. - Beneficiaries Local Entities, Groups of Municipalities and Local Action Groups of the territorial area of Castilla-La Mancha may be beneficiaries of the subsidies in which the circumstance occurs that the territory over which they develop their powers and in which they carry out the eligible action, is either integrated into the Network of Protected Areas of Castilla-La Mancha, and/or is included among the areas of intense depopulation or extreme depopulation, established by Decree 108/2021, of October 19, and that carry out any eligible action in accordance with this order. Second. Purpose This order aims to establish the regulatory bases and approve the 2024 call for the promotion of investment in infrastructure for active tourism and ecotourism activities, within the framework of component 14 Investment, submeasure 2, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU-. Third. Regulatory bases Order of 08/23/2024, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases, and the 2024 call is made, for the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting investment in infrastructure for active tourism and ecotourism activities, within the framework of component 14 Investment 1, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan - Financed by the European Union - Next Generation EU. Cohesion Actions between Destinations Castilla-La Mancha 2023. Cultural, active and sustainable tourism, and the call is made for 2024 Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies The subsidies object of this call will be financed from the General Budgets of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, for a total amount of 1,200,000 euros, financed from the financial resources derived from the European Recovery Instrument, through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (FPA0090014), financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU, established by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of February 12, 2021. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. Applications will be submitted within a period of two months from the day following the publication of the corresponding call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, they will be addressed to the person in charge of the general directorate responsible for tourism, and they will be presented electronically with an electronic signature, through the standardized form established in the corresponding call, which will be included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha. (https://www.jccm.es). When submitted in this way, the documents to be provided will be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it.
