Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries. All people born or residing in Spain may participate in the contest. The competition will have a senior category (for those over 17 years old), a youth category (from 11 to 16 years old), a children's category (from 7 to 10 years old) and a pacifier category (from 3 to 6 years old). In the tumbling mode, there will only be one category, with no age limit. Second: Object. The objectives of said contest focus on maintaining customs and traditions in the world of wine. Third: Amount. Five modalities:SENIOR VENICE: 1. A first prize worth €150 and a gift. 2. A second prize worth €100 and a gift. 3. A third prize worth €50 and a gift. YOUTH VENICE: 1. A first prize worth €70 and a gift. 2. A second prize worth €50 and a gift. 3. A third prize worth €30 and a gift. CHILDREN'S VENENCE:1. A first prize worth €50 and a diploma2. A second prize worth €30 and a diploma.3. A third prize worth €20 and a diploma. PACIFIER VENICE: 1. A first prize with a gift and diploma. 2. A second prize with a gift and diploma. 3. A third prize with a gift and diploma. FLIP: 1. A first prize worth €70 and a gift. 2. A second prize worth €50 and a gift. 3. A third prize worth €30 and a gift. The prizes will be subject to the current legal withholdings: • In the case of a natural person in the exercise of a professional activity: You must issue an invoice with a VAT tax rate of 21%, so that adding the tax base and the VAT amount results in the established prize, and personal income tax withholding of 15%, as a general rule, in accordance with the provisions of article 95.1 RIRPF and article 101.5 a) LIRPF. Fourth: Presentation of applications. Registrations can be made from the day following the publication of the rules in the BOP until 1 hour before the start of the contest by presenting the registration form or sending an email to tecnicodeturismo@montilla.es with the following information: 1. Full name of the participant. 2. Age. 3. Modality or modalities in which you register. 4. If you are a minor, name, surname and ID of the legal representative. The contest will be held on September 22 at 1:00 p.m. Fifth: Publication. The aforementioned bases can be consulted on the Municipal Notice Board, in the National Subsidies Database and on the website of this City Council at the address www.montilla.es. Likewise, the jury's decision will be communicated on the same day of the competition.
