Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons, public or private, owners or usufructuaries of homes located in the t.m. from Molina de Segura. Second: Object. Call for aid to promote the Rental of Empty Homes. “LIVE IN MOLINA” Program The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure for requesting, processing, granting and paying aid intended to finance certain expenses involved in the formalization of the lease contract and compliance by the home with the requirements established in these bases. Third: Regulatory Bases. The financial aid provided for in these bases will take the form of subsidies, and will be governed, in addition to what is regulated therein, by the provisions of: • Law 7/2005, of November 18, on subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. • Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. • General Ordinance on Subsidies to be granted by the Molina de Segura City Council published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia on March 10, 2022. • Order of the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure by which the maximum prices applicable to protected housing in the Region of Murcia are determined and the geographical areas are delimited (BORM no. 69, 03/24/2022). • General regulatory bases for the call for subsidies and prizes from the Molina de Segura City Council for the year 2024 Fourth: Amount. The amount of the aid will be financed from item 50/1521/488 0300 SUBSIDIES FOR RENTAL PROGRAMS provided for in the current municipal spending budget for the year 2024, in the amount of 87,045.00 euros, eighty-seven thousand and forty-five euros, stating that the granting of the same is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the resolution of the concession. The maximum amount of aid will be determined based on the total cost of the actions to be carried out (eligible investment), up to a maximum of €6,000. Fifth: Deadline and place for submitting applications. The applications together with the necessary documentation will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the Molina de Segura City Council and will be presented by electronic means as established in articles 14 and 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or using any of the means established therein. The presentation of the application presumes unconditional acceptance of the regulations governing the aid and the conditions, requirements and obligations contained therein and especially in the bases of the VIVE EN MOLINA program. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the call until November 15, 2024 or exhaustion of the budget credit, which will be published in the BORM, if applicable. Sixth: Other data. The subsidy regulatory bases, the full text of the call and models to be submitted along with the application are available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Molina de Segura City Council (https:sedeelectronica.molinadesegura.es/subvenciones/).
