Official description of the call
First. Object. The purpose of these rules is to establish the system for granting subsidies, on a competitive basis, to non-governmental organizations, for the organization and achievement of development cooperation programs, aimed at improving the socioeconomic conditions of developing countries. Second. Beneficiaries. Legally constituted, non-profit Non-Governmental Organizations or Institutions, whose activities coincide with the purpose of this call, may apply for a subsidy. Institutions and services dependent on the State, the Autonomous Administration, the local Administration and for-profit entities are expressly excluded from accessing this call. Third. Regulatory bases General Subsidies Ordinance of the Ordizia City Council. Specific bases. Room. Financial endowment. The total amount of aid called through this program amounts to €78,000 for the 2024 budget year and will be financed from budget item 481.04.230.20.0103 2024. Fifth. Maximum amount of the subsidy and payment The subsidy requested per project may not exceed 12,000 euros. 100% of the subsidy awarded will be paid in a single payment at the time of granting. No advance payments or payments on account will be accepted. Sixth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. Through the electronic headquarters of the City Council (mandatory for legal persons and entities without legal personality). In person at the General Registry of the City Council, optional for natural persons. In the other forms legally provided for in accordance with article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In general, and with the exception of those aid programs that have other deadlines established, applications must be submitted within twenty business days, starting from the day following the publication of each of the calls in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa.
