Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Spanish university graduates or nationals of any Member State of the European Union or of the signatory States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, provided that they have perfect command, spoken and written, of Spanish and meet the rest of the requirements set out in the call. Second. Purpose. Contribute to the training of specialists in cultural management, library science and documentation, archives, conservation and restoration of cultural assets, museology and artistic subjects, by carrying out a program of theoretical-practical activities in cultural institutions dependent on the Ministry of Culture. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CUL/3810/2004, of November 15, published in the Official State Gazette number 280, of November 20, 2004. Fourth. Amount. The maximum amount attributable to this call is 910,000.00 euros, with a total of 84 scholarships being called. This call is financed from the budget application 24.04.334A.489.12 of the Expenditure Budget of the Ministry of Culture for 2025 and 2026. The endowment of the scholarships developed at the College of Spain in Paris is 2,200 gross euros per month, the rest of the scholarships have an endowment of 1,100 gross euros per month. In the terms provided for in article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the possibility of setting an additional amount is foreseen, for a maximum amount of 590,000 euros, the application of which to the granting of this scholarship will not require a new call. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit in the same budget concept and, where appropriate, the prior approval of the appropriate budget modification, at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. Sixth. Other data. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, for which it will be necessary to be in possession of the appropriate electronic certificate of a natural person.
