Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of September 10, 2024, the call and specific bases for the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. PURPOSE: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of public aid by the Azuqueca de Henares City Council to subsidize expenses derived from attending necessary therapies, for minors with functional diversity, that have been carried out during the year 2024. This aid will be €300, €400 or €500 euros each. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES: People from 0 to 17 years old with functional diversity from Azuqueca de Henares who are carrying out or have carried out specific therapies during the year 2024. THIRD. AMOUNT AND BUDGET ITEM The budget item corresponds to 2310.489.12 and the total amount of the subsidy will be €22,000.00. FOURTH. REQUIREMENTS: Families with minors who meet the following requirements on the date of application may apply for this call for aid: a) Be the holder of the Azuqueca de Henares Citizen Card. b) Be between 0 and 17 years old c) Have more than 33% disability and/or degree of dependency d) Have carried out one or more of these therapies during the year 2024: - Physiotherapy - Speech therapy - Sensory integration - Hydrotherapy - Hippotherapy - Occupational Therapy - Music therapy - Clinical and/or educational therapy e) Not be included in any of the causes that disqualify you from obtaining the status of beneficiary of the listed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and not be involved in cases of incompatibility regulated in Law 11/2003, of September 25, of the Government and the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha. f) Be up to date with obligations for reimbursement of subsidies, taxes and Social Security. 4. DURATION OF THE SUBSIDY The subsidy will be unique, being granted only once to each beneficiary family, once the expenditure of €300 on any of the aforementioned therapies has been justified. If the minimum expense is not exceeded, payment will be made for the amount billed for said therapies. FIFTH. PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the publication of the bases in the BOP. Applications will be submitted according to the application model (Annex I), accompanied by the rest of the documentation through the Electronic Registry of the City Council (PREFERENTLY) or at the Citizen Service (Plaza de la Constitución, No. 1) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Likewise, they may be presented in the other registries indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
