Official description of the call

First. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions and procedures for the concession, under a regime of competitive competition with apportionment of subsidies, by the Calviá City Council, intended for the acquisition of elements and the performance of actions that contribute to the interior and/or exterior aesthetic improvement of physical establishments open to the public, in general, with a maximum area of 150 m2 (excluding storage and parking areas), and/or the actions aimed at the innovation and digitization of the activity. Second. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons. Groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of assets or any other type of economic unit or separate assets may be beneficiaries that, although lacking legal personality, can carry out the projects, activities or behaviors or are in the situation that motivates the granting of the subsidy. Persons or entities that have incurred the subsidy may not obtain the status of beneficiaries. denial of granting subsidies for the reasons provided for in article 11 of L11/2016. To this end, the applicant companies and entities will present, together with the aid application, a declaration that they have never been subject to final administrative sanctions or final convictions. Third. Regulatory bases and call for the granting, in the municipality of Calvià and for the year 2024, of subsidies for aesthetic improvement. and actions aimed at innovation and the digitalization of physical establishments. Fourth. Amount The budget allocation for this call amounts to twenty-five thousand euros (€25,000.00) for the year 2024, charged to budget item 603-43100-7700000. Fifth. subsequent business days from the day following the publication of the abstract of the call in the BOIB.
