Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Persons who meet the following requirements may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the aid covered by these General Bases: a) Have children enrolled in the Dones d'Aigua School of Sant Iscle de Vallalta. b) Submit the application within the deadline and in the manner mentioned in base 6. c) Not have tax debts with the Sant Iscle de Vallalta City Council. d) Be registered in the municipality of Sant Iscle de Vallalta on the date of approval of the corresponding call. e) Be aware, both the petitioner and the people who, according to the registry of inhabitants, live with him, of their obligations with the Tax Agency and Social Security. f) Not exceed the family income stipulated in base 3. Second. Purpose: Call for a public tender for the granting of financial aid to reduce the cost of expenses of families, who are in disadvantaged socioeconomic conditions that will be determined, for the speech therapy service that will be provided to the students of the Dones d'Aigua School during the 2024-2025 school year. Third. Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session on September 23, 2014 approved the general bases as regulations of the general framework of the conditions to regulate the granting of financial aid to reduce the cost of family expenses for the speech therapy service used by the students of the Dones d'Aigua School of Sant Iscle de Vallalta, when they are in disadvantaged socioeconomic situations. These General Bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona dated October 13, 2014. The Plenary Session of the Corporation in ordinary session dated December 22, 2015 approved the modification of Base 9, which agreement was published in full in the Official Gazette of the Province dated January 25, 2016, and in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat of Catalonia no. 7052 dated February 4, 2016, which refers to the full announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. Room. Amount: The amount to be awarded to each student will be determined proportionally between the applications, in relation to the points assigned. The amount and percentage of the financial aid granted will not exceed, in any case, 70% of the total cost of the speech therapy service expenses, and with the limit of the budget allocation corresponding to the years 2024-2025: Fiscal year 2024: 326,480 12. "Subsidy for speech therapy service school year." The Amount available for the 2024-2025 academic year, period from September to December 2024, amounts to €280.00 Fiscal year 2025: 326,480 12. "Speech therapy service subsidy for the school year." The Amount available for the 2024-2025 academic year, period from January to June 2025, amounts to €420.00 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications must be submitted through standardized means in the general registry of the Sant Iscle de Vallalta City Council. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. The request will incorporate the documentation indicated in base 6.4. Sixth. Justification period The subsidies awarded must be justified within the following deadlines: ? Expenses period September to December 2024: until March 31, 2025. ? Expenses for the period January to June 2025: until September 30, 2025. Seventh. Other information: The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure will be three months. The deadline is computed from the publication of the corresponding call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. Failure to resolve within the indicated period will have dismissal effects. Against the agreement of the call, which puts an end to the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious Administrative Court of the province of Barcelona within a period of two months counted from the month following its notification.
