Extract from the call for subsidies intended for actions related to the Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environment of “SAN JOSÉ ARTESANO” - (Barrio de Buenavista), in the municipality of Avilés, in relation to the vulnerable situation of applicants for aid in the area of residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by THE EUROPEAN UNION – NEXTGENERATIONEU By Resolution of the Delegate Councilor of Treasury, Tourism, Commerce and Youth, (Dec no. 6430/2024, of September 11), the call for the granting of aid for people in vulnerable situations related to the Residential Environment of Programmed Rehabilitation of "San José Artesano", (Barrio Buenavista) in the municipality of Avilés, was approved, in relation to the program of rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience, as set out in Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which regulates the aid programs for residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in accordance with the Bases and their Annexes. Beneficiaries: The owners or usufructuaries, residents of the homes located in the buildings that have been favored with aid under the Call for subsidies for actions related to the residential environment of programmed rehabilitation of "San José Artesano" - (Barrio de Buenavista), in the municipality of Avilés, and who prove their situation of vulnerability, in accordance with the bases that govern this call, may be beneficiaries of the aid. Budget: €308,284.00 Eligible Actions: Actions to improve or rehabilitate buildings with predominantly residential use for housing with the limits established in this resolution, provided that a reduction of at least 30% of non-renewable primary energy consumption is obtained, referred to the energy certification. The necessary expenses derived from the development of the set of previous actions, including those of the management inherent to their development and its associated expenses, the fees of the professionals involved in the drafting of the projects, construction management, preparation of the Building Book, as well as the issuance of certificates and final technical reports, linked to the actions of development of the ERRP. Maximum Amount of Subsidy to be Granted: The owner/usufructuary who has the status of resident and is considered vulnerable may obtain the maximum additional amount of the subsidy to which he/she is entitled, provided that the cost of the action attributable to said owner/usufructuary, nor the maximum subsidy amount established per home, is not exceeded. Deadline and place for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and whose full content will appear in the National Subsidy Advertising System and will end on December 31, 2024. THE APPLICATION must be submitted electronically and exclusively through the web form enabled for this purpose at the Electronic Headquarters of the Avilés City Council. (https://sedeelectronica.aviles.es/subvenciones), Technical Services Area, using the attached models and complementary documentation. Compatibility: The subsidies from this program will be compatible with any other public aid for the same purpose, as long as the total cost of the actions is not exceeded and as long as the regulation of the other aid, whether national or European, admits it.
