SUBSIDIES AIMED FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION SPACES, ESTATES AND INDUSTRIAL AREAS IN MUNICIPALITIES AND LOCAL AUTONOMOUS ENTITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF GRANADA 2024

Official description of the call

First. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies on a competitive basis to finance the execution of improvements in productive spaces, industrial estates and industrial areas in said entities. Specifically, this call will be subject to subsidies for the improvement of municipal infrastructure, especially those that affect mobility, energy efficiency and improved waste management. Second. Beneficiary entities: Local entities that have productive spaces in their municipal area may be beneficiaries, understanding as such an area or industrial estate with a continuous surface area greater than 3,500 m2 of industrial land or an area of more than 25 hectares whose ratio between hotel space (excluding rural house accommodation and/or tourist apartments) and the census population in the area is greater than 8. In both cases, the areas or zones considered must have the urban qualification of consolidated urban land. Third. Regulatory bases: Agreement of the Government Board of September 9, 2024 and Bases for the execution of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Granada. Room. Amount: The initial endowment for this call is established at €1,000,000.00, conditional on the timely modification of credit. With this amount the Provincial Council will finance up to a maximum of €50,000.00 (VAT included) per action, with co-financing of at least 50%. Fifth. Application selection criteria No more than one subsidy may be awarded per local entity and the allocation will be made in order of score, with the actions being evaluated in accordance with the following criteria, up to a maximum of 100 points. Depopulation (up to 20 points): Those who have lost population in the last 15 years are considered at risk of depopulation, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics, according to the scale. Typology of the action (up to 40 points): The typology of the action, among those indicated in the Agreement, must be described in the Report. Additional co-financing (up to 40 points) Own financial involvement will be scored, excluding co-financing from other public or private sources and mandatory co-financing, according to the scale. This criterion must be accredited through a firm commitment to co-financing (according to the Annex 3 model). Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of Granada. Seventh. Other information: Only documentation corresponding to admission criteria may be subject to correction, but not documentation related to assessment criteria, which must be duly justified at the time of submission of the application. The actions included in this Call will be contracted by the beneficiary local entities.
