Official description of the call
C ONCALL AND REGULATORY BASES. A call is made for the granting of aid for birth and/or adoption in Priego de Córdoba for the year 2024. The granting of this aid will be made at the request of the interested party, taking into account the concurrence of the conditions and requirements established in this call. The annexes to complete and present with the application are available on the website: www.aytopriegodecordoba.es, as well as in the Information Office of the Priego de Córdoba City Council. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba no. 149, of August 2, 2024. BENEFICIARIES Families with children born or adopted between November 1, 2023 and October 31, 2024 (both inclusive) who meet the access requirements indicated in the Call and request it may benefit from this Aid. Parents who are totally or partially deprived of parental authority over their children, or whose guardianship has been assumed by a public institution, will not be able to access this aid. In general, parents and/or adopters may be beneficiaries of this aid, in their own name or as representatives of the cohabitation unit, who submit a subsidy application, within the period and according to the standardized model that will be established in the corresponding call, in which the following circumstances occur: A) Being a mother or father by nature or adoption who has custody of the minor, in whose favor the aid is requested. B) In those cases, in which there is no cohabitation between the two parents, but they have shared custody of the child and, by mutual agreement, only one of them may request help. If there is no agreement, the rules regarding parental authority and custody established by the Civil Code will apply, which must be accredited with the appropriate Judicial Resolution. C) That the domicile in which the minor responsible for the aid on the occasion of birth or adoption is registered coincides with that of the beneficiary. D) That he or she lives with the minor who is the reason for this benefit. call.F) That it is registered uninterruptedly in one of the singular population entities listed in ANNEX I of the call, with a seniority of at least two consecutive years immediately prior to the date of publication of the call and, that the birth and/or adoption has occurred within the deadlines established in the call, must be accredited by means of the certificate of collective historical registration issued by the corresponding City Council, which must state the express date of seniority of the applicant.G) Meet the general requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary and not be subject to the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, as well as the accreditation of being up to date in compliance with tax and Social Security obligations and of not being a debtor for reimbursement obligations with the Hon. Priego de Córdoba City Council, which will be carried out through the responsible declaration included in the application. These circumstances must exist at the time of submitting the application and must be maintained until payment thereof. In this context, we understand a cohabitation unit to be formed by the applicant and a non-legally separated spouse, or de facto partner, and their descendants. The degree of relationship will be counted with respect to the applicant. Only one person may hold the status of beneficiary with respect to the same minor. For the purposes of granting the aid, those born or adopted who do not meet the requirements set out in article 30 of the Civil Code to acquire civil personality, nor those who died prior to the date of issuing the corresponding granting resolution, will not be able to hold the status of the cause of the aid. All minors under 18 years of age will act through a legal representative except in the case of being emancipated over 16 years of age, the latter case must be accredited by any legally valid means. The subsidy granted may be revoked at any time.
