Purpose. The object of this call is the regulation of the procedure for granting subsidies, through competitive competition and a single call, of the Community Social Services Service of the Provincial Council of Huelva for the financing of projects and activities related to disability, serious mental disorder and/or people with Alzheimer's, always within the following typology: - Projects to promote social integration measures. - Projects that provide information, advice and support to the families of affected people. - Projects to support the creation of Mutual Aid Groups for family members. - Projects for training family members and training professionals. - Promotion of actions and awareness campaigns towards citizens around affected people. - Projects that aim to empower the affected person and their families, to give the collective a voice in the first person. - Projects that make visible, raise awareness and educate on functional diversity and the fight against stigma, aimed at citizens in general. - Actions that promote the right to enjoy free time and leisure, cultural and artistic activities adjusted to the needs of the recipients, and that include social inclusion tools to share spaces with the rest of the citizens. - The content of the projects must be aimed at achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 10: “Reduction of inequalities”. 2. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva. (BOP no. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more in section 2 of the call). 3. Beneficiary legal entities. 1. This call contemplates as beneficiary legal entities so that they can carry out the projects or activities presented related to the purpose of the same, private non-profit legal entities (associations and federations of associations) that are legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry and have registered office in the province of Huelva, whose project to be carried out has an impact on the population of the municipalities thereof. 2. Only one project may be submitted for each legal entity applying in this call. (See more in section 3 of the call). 4. Temporal scope of activities. 1. Applicant legal entities may submit, within the framework of this call, projects for activities that start or have been started during the years 2024-25, and are developed or executed, at most, until June 30, 2025. 2. Those projects/activities that are started and/or developed outside of this period will not be subsidized, excluding those that do not meet this requirement. 5. Total budget and budget application. The maximum budget available for the granting of the subsidies referred to in this call is ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€150,000.00) which will be attributed to the following budget application of the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Huelva for the year 2024: Budget application Concept Amount 33340.23100.48000 Call for Subsidies in matter €150,000.00 from Social Services 6. Amount and payment. 1. The amount to be awarded to each of the subsidized projects will be determined in relation to the points assigned in accordance with the assessment criteria of this call. In no case may this amount be higher than the amount requested nor may it exceed the total cost of the subsidized project or activity. 2. The maximum amount of aid for a project will be 35,000.00 euros. 3. The aid granted will be paid in two payments, the first, advanced for 80% of the total, once the final resolution has been published, and the remaining 20%, upon presentation of the justification of the actual expenditure.
