Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries, under a competitive competition regime, will be the most representative, non-profit business and union organizations that represent all sectors and whose purposes include the representation, promotion and defense of the interests of workers or employers in matters of occupational risk prevention, as well as the foundations or other entities established by them to achieve any of these purposes. In no case may entities obtain the status of beneficiary in which any of the circumstances detailed in article 13.2, 13.3 and 13.3 bis of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, occur, or that are not up to date with the payment of the reimbursement obligations of any other aid and subsidies previously granted from the General State Budgets. Second. Object. In accordance with the provisions of article 2 of Order TES/864/2023, of July 21, the subsidies will have the objective of carrying out intersectoral actions, in order to promote the improvement of health and safety conditions at work, especially in small companies, falling within the following modalities: a) Information actions: these will be those that seek to disseminate among workers and employers the principles of preventive action of occupational risks or the specific rules of application. of such principles. b) Technical assistance actions: these will be those that are aimed at the study and resolution of problems, derived from the practical and material application of preventive actions. c) Actions to promote compliance with regulations on the prevention of occupational risks: these will be those that promote the knowledge and application by employers and workers of the legal, regulatory and conventional provisions regarding the prevention of occupational risks, especially through mechanisms and instruments developed in the sectoral and territorial areas of productive activity. The actions must be carried out at the state territorial level, and, at least, in two sectors of activity among the four established in the Annual Report on Work Accidents in Spain of the State Observatory of Working Conditions (Agrarian, Construction, Industry and Services). The actions must be aimed at achieving at least one of the Strategic Objectives and one or some of its priority lines contemplated by the Spanish Strategy for Safety and Health at Work 2023-2027, as reflected in the FEPRL Action Plan for 2024 and indicated in the Call. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases approved by Order TES/864/2023, of July 21 (BOE no. 176, of July 25, 2023). Room. Amount. - Total amount: 2,700,000.00 euros. - Maximum amount per subsidized action: 500,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month and will begin the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the “Official State Gazette”. Sixth. Other information: -Execution period: the actions carried out under this call must be executed from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2027. -Eligible expenses: those that are undoubtedly related to the activity that is the object of the aid, are necessary for its execution and have been incurred during the execution period established for the performance of the activity that is the object of the aid, are provided for in article 18 of the Regulatory Bases, in the call itself and are included in the original budget of the activity or expressly approved through the budget modification procedure, which involve the modification of the initial budget, and are paid before the presentation of the technical and economic execution report, provided that they are within the schedule established in each call. -Requests: they will be formalized in the format of the online tool “Action Manager 4.0” integrated into the FEPRL website, https://www.funprl.es. It will be an essential requirement to register as an applicant in the system, through which access codes will be generated that will allow you to complete the application. -Documentation:
