CALL AND REGULATORY BASES FOR GRANTING CONSUMPTION BONUS SUBSIDIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JACARILLA 2024

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1.- Shops. Natural and legal persons who have the status of self-employed, micro-enterprise or SME of Jacarilla, who meet these conditions, may join this initiative: Having the tax domicile in the municipality of Jacarilla or, where applicable, a physical establishment or non-sedentary sale affects the economic activity in the municipality of Jacarilla. Not being subject to any of the circumstances included in articles 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in particular, be up to date with the fulfillment of your tax obligations with the Tax Agency, with the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS) and with the Jacarilla City Council, on the date of submission of adhesion to the campaign. The following sectors will not be able to join this campaign and, therefore, are excluded: Products or services linked to gambling, state betting and/or tobacco. Financial services. Activities excluded in Annex IV of these bases. 2.- Citizenship. The beneficiaries of this campaign will be people who meet the following requirements: Be registered before September 1, 2024. In addition, the data from the Jacarilla City Council's Register of Inhabitants must be correctly updated: name, surname, identification document, home address and relevant renewals. Continue to be registered prior to the publication of these bases in the Register of inhabitants of the Jacarilla City Council. Be over 18 years of age before September 30, 2024. Be in possession of a valid national identity document (DNI or NIE; you cannot participate with a Passport). Not fall under any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and in particular, be up to date in compliance with their tax obligations with the Tax Agency, with the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS) and with the City Council of Jacarilla, on the date of submission of membership in the campaign. You will not be recognized as a beneficiary if falsehood, omission or concealment of requested documentation is detected. Second: Object. Promote a campaign to support local commerce and promote consumption in those establishments located in the municipality of Jacarilla that meet the requirements established in this call. Third. Regulatory Bases: REGULATORY BASES OF THE CAMPAIGN TO PROMOTE CONSUMPTION: BONUS – CONSUMPTION, JACARILLA ANNUALITY 2024, published in B.O.P. No. 180 of 09/18/2024 and on the notice board of the City Council website (https://jacarilla.sedelectronica.es/board). Fourth: Amount. It will amount to a maximum of three purchase vouchers, each worth €10 in the manner indicated in the rules. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications to join the campaign by establishments The deadline for submission of applications will be 5 business DAYS from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante of the extract of the call, through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS).
