CALL FOR AID GRANTS FROM THE DUERO-ESGUEVA ASSOCIATION WHICH WILL REMAIN OPEN THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF APPLICATION OF ITS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY 2023 – 2027 TO FINANCE THOSE PROJECTS, ACTIVITIES OR ACTIONS THAT FALL IN ITS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY LOCAL DEVELOPMENT 2023 – 2027 APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE JUNTA DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN, WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF APPLICATION OF MEASURE 7119.2 “LEADER” OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN OF THE COMMON AGRICULTURAL POLICY 2023 – 2027 OF CASTILLA AND LEÓN. First.- Purpose of the aid.- The Duero-Esgueva Association calls for aid to public or private promoters to finance those projects, activities or actions that are part of its Local Development Strategy 2023 – 2027 approved by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Government of Castilla y León, within the framework of application of Measure 7119.2 “LEADER” of the Strategic Plan for Agrarian Policy Common 2023 – 2027 of Castilla y León, in an open regime during the entire period of application of its Local Development Strategy 2023 – 2027. Second.- Beneficiaries.- Those public or private promoters who meet the requirements established in the Aid Regime for the application of Local Development Strategies (LEADER) in Castilla y León may be beneficiaries of this aid in the period 2023 – 2027. Third.- Financial allocation of the call.- The initial financial allocation of the call is €1,591,148.51.-. The maximum initial allocation that corresponds to Measure 7119.2 “LEADER” is as follows: MEASURE NAME SUPPLY 7119.2. Support for carrying out operations in accordance with the DL Strategy 1,591,148.51.- TOTAL 1,591,148.51.- The budget not committed to any of the Measures 7119.3 and 7119.4 may be applied to this Measure. The initial financial allocation may be increased, by virtue of the provisions of article 16 of Order AGR/887/2023, of July 10, of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Junta de Castilla y León, which regulates and convenes the procedure for the selection of local development strategies and the final approval of local action groups and establishes the criteria for the allocation of public funds intended for these, within the framework of the Plan. National Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) 2023 – 2027 of Spain, assigning these specific additional allocations to those valued and preselected projects that obtain the relevant authorization from the competent management center of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development. The application of budget increases to the granting of aid within the framework of this call will not require a new call. The financial allocation assigned to Measure 7119.2 will be allocated at least 75% to the financing of projects, activities or actions of a productive nature. Fourth.- Eligible Projects, Activities and Actions.- Projects, activities or actions that are part of the Local Development Strategy 2023 – 2027 of the Duero-Esgueva Association Local Action Group approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Government of Castilla y León will be eligible, within the framework of application of Measure 7119.2 “LEADER” of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy 2023 - 2027 of Castilla y León and that they are carried out in the geographical scope of action of the Group in accordance with the list of municipalities that appear listed in Annex 2 of Order AGR/647/2023, of May 16, of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Government of Castilla y León. Fifth.- Granting procedure and selection criteria.- The aid will be processed and resolved in accordance with the following regulatory regulations: - Measure 7119.2 “LEADER” of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy 2023 – 2027 of Castilla y León. - Agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development of the Regional Government of Castilla y León and the Local Action Group of the Duero-Esgueva Association for the application of Intervention 7119 “LEADER” of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy 2023 –2027 of Castilla y León. - Aid Regime for the application of Local Development Strategies (LEADER) in Castilla y León in the period 2023 - 2027, published in the BOCYL of February 26, 2024, by Resolution of 16 d.
