Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Boys and girls registered in Palafrugell and who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of these scholarships: - The beneficiaries of these aids must be part of a family unit with an income that does not exceed three times the SMI. If the family unit has more than three members, this amount will increase by 2,000 euros per year per person, starting with the fourth member of the family unit. Family unit members income limit: Family of 2 members €31,752 Family of 3 members €47,628 Family of 4 members €49,628 Family of 5 members €51,628 Family of 6 members €53,628 The proposal for these aid contemplates the SMI (Interprofessional Minimum Wage) which, for this year 2024, is 15,876 €/annual (€1,134/monthly x 14). Aid will be denied: - If any member of the family unit has average bank balances for the year 2023 exceeding €10,000. - When the families that request aid are owners of two or more real estate properties intended for housing. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is to grant scholarships to students of beginner and elementary musical education at the Palafrugell Music School, academic year 24-25. Third. The expense caused by these subsidies is charged to budget application 33.3200.48910, up to a limit of 5,000 euros. Fifth. Deadline to submit applications.
