Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The call is addressed to all natural or legal persons, regardless of their residence, interested in starting any of the following retail trade activities on urban land in Zumaia. Business transfers are excluded from these subsidies. The aid regulated in these bases will be used for the expansion and promotion of the following retail commercial activities and other related services in the urban land of Zumaia: Retail trade: - 641. Retail trade of fruits, vegetables, and tubers - 642. Retail trade of meat and offal; processed meat products and derivatives, eggs, poultry, farm rabbits, game; and products derived from them. - 643. Retail trade of fish and other fishing and aquaculture products and snails. - 644. Retail trade of bread, pastries, confectionery and the like and of milk and dairy products. - 645. Retail trade of wines and beverages of all kinds. - 646.1. Retail trade of tobacco products and of all kinds and forms in General, Special and Interior Stores. - 646.2. Retail trade of tobacco products of all kinds and forms in temporary extensions of General Stores. - 646.3. Retail trade of tobacco products of all kinds and forms in Complementary Stores. - 646.4. Retail trade of tobacco products, carried out by commercial establishments under a sales authorization regime with a surcharge. - 646.6. Retail trade of tobacco of all kinds and forms, in locations where sales are not stagnant. - 646.7. Retail sale of tobacco products carried out by physically disabled people with special authorizations. - 646.8. Retail sale of smoking articles. - 647.1. Retail trade of any type of food and beverage products in establishments with a seller. - 647.2. Retail trade of any type of food and beverage products on a self-service or mixed basis in establishments whose sales room has a sales area of less than 120 m2. - 647.3. Retail trade of any type of food and beverage products on a self-service or mixed basis in superservices, so called when their sales room is between 120 and 399 m2. - 651. Retail trade of textile products, clothing, footwear, furs and leather goods. - 652.2. Retail trade of drugstore products, perfumery and cosmetics, cleaning products, paints, varnishes, solvents, papers and other decoration products and chemical products. - 652.3. Retail trade of perfumery and cosmetic products, and hygiene and personal care items. - 652.4. Retail trade of plants and herbs in herbalists. - 653. Retail trade of items for home and construction equipment. - 654.2. Retail trade of accessories and spare parts for land vehicles. - 654.5. Retail trade of all types of machinery (except household, office, medical, orthopedic, optical and photographic appliances). - 654.6. Retail trade of covers, bands or trays and air chambers for all types of vehicles. - 656. Retail trade of used goods such as furniture, clothing and ordinary household goods. - 657. Retail trade of musical instruments in general, as well as their accessories. - 659. Other retail trade. - 662. Mixed or integrated retail trade. - 691.1. Repair of electrical items for the home. - 691.9. Repair of other consumer goods n.e.c. Other services related to commercial activity: - 971. Laundries, dry cleaners and similar services. - 972. Hair salons and beauty institutes. - 973.1. Photographic services. - 973.3. Document copy services with photocopy machines. - 975. Framing services. The rest of the headings are excluded from these subsidies. Second.Object. The objective of these bases is to occupy the premises of the urban land of Zumaia and/or promote generational change in activities, through new entrepreneurs, with the aim of revitalizing commercial premises. Likewise, it is the object of these bases to determine and regulate the requirements and conditions
