Extracto de anulación de convocatoria y bases referentes al PLAN DE BARRIOS: ENTORNO RESIDENCIAL DE REHABILITACIÓN PROGRAMADA DEL CONJUNTO HISTÓRICO DE BETANZOS Y Su ZONA DE PROTECCIÓN EN El AYUNTAMIENTO DE BETANZOS, EN RELACIÓN CON La EJECUCIÓN DE Los PROGRAMAS DE AYUDA EN MATERIA DE REHABILITACIÓN RESIDENCIAL Y VIVIENDA SOCIAL DEL PLAN DE RECUPERACIÓN, TRANSFORMACIÓN Y RESILIENCIA FINANCIADO POR La UNIÓN EUROPEA NEXTGENERATIONEU EN La COMUNIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE GALICIA. El Ayuntamiento de Betanzos pretende ejecutar el programa de ayuda a las actuaciones de rehabilitación a nivel de barrio, previsto en el Real decreto 853/2021, de 5 de octubre, por lo que se regulan los programas de ayuda en materia de rehabilitación residencial y vivienda social del *PRTR publicado en el Boletín Oficial del Estado núm. 239, de 6 de octubre (en adelante *RD 853/2021). De fecha 11.05.2023 el director general de Vivienda e Solo del Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana, el director general del Instituto Gallego de Vivienda e Solo y más la alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Betanzos firmaron el Acuerdo núm. 10 de la Comisión Bilateral, relativo al entorno residencial de rehabilitación programada (*ERRP) del “Conjunto histórico de Betanzos y su zona de protección”, en el ayuntamiento de Betanzos, en relación con la ejecución de los programas de ayuda en materia de rehabilitación residencial y vivienda social del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, financiado por la Unión Europea-NextGenerationEU en la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia. El día 20.09.2024 la alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Betanzos aprobó las bases y la convocatoria del Plan de barrios en el *ERRP, publicadas en el BOP núm. 185 del 25.09.2024. En el BOP núm. 186 del 26.09.2024 se publicó el extracto de la convocatoria, abriéndose el plazo de presentación de solicitudes desde el 27.09.2024 hasta el 30.12.2025. Consta informe técnico de fecha 26.12.2024 en el que se relata la existencia de deficiencias en las bases anteriores. La fecha 13 de febrero de 2025 se aprueba en Junta de Gobierno Local . “Anular la convocatoria anterior y aprobar nueva la convocatoria de subvenciones PARA La CONCESIÓN DE SUBVENCIONES PARA ACTUACIONES DE REHABILITACIÓN A NIVEL DE BARRIO DEL “CONJUNTO HISTÓRICO DE BETANZOS Y Su ZONA DE PROTECCIÓN”, EN El AYUNTAMIENTO DE BETANZOS, EN RELACIÓN A La EJECUCIÓN DE Los PROGRAMAS DE AYUDA EN MATERIA DE REHABILITACIÓN RESIDENCIAL Y VIVIENDA SOCIAL DEL PLAN DE RECUPERACIÓN, TRANSFORMACIÓN Y RESILIENCIA, FINANCIADO POR La UNIÓN EUROPEA NEXTGENERATIONEU, EN La COMUNIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE GALICIA.”
