Access requirements: Gastronomic, cultural, sports, educational, and/or free time associations and societies that participate in the Comparsas and Floats Contest and other activities of the 2025 Carnivals of San Sebastián Segundo may be beneficiaries of this aid. Purpose The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies for participation in the Comparsas and Floats Contest and other activities of the Donostia/San Sebastián carnivals in 2025, under a competitive competition regime.
