Official description of the call
BDNS(Identif.): 787776 BDNS(Identif.): 787777 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.B and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the Resolution of September 19, 2025 was published in the DOE number 193 of October 3, 2025. of the Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, establishes that for variations that may occur with respect to budgetary applications or projects, prior modification of the expenditure file will be required, following a report, from the General Intervention, and the publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and on the Grants Portal of the Autonomous Community of an announcement of the body to which the approval of the call corresponds in accordance with the first paragraph of the article. 23.1, in which the total credits of the call distributed by projects and budget applications are collected in accordance with the modification produced. Given that a distribution of the credits of the call is necessary to adapt it to the characteristics of the applications presented and in accordance with the provisions of article 39.4 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, it establishes that for the variations that may occur with respect to the budget applications or projects, or amounts initially provided for in the calls opened by direct concession, action will be taken according to what is established in the article 39.3. For all of the above, following a report from the Delegated Intervention dated May 19, 2025, the announcement is made publicizing the distribution of the credits provided for in the fourth section of the aforementioned extract and the ninth resolution of the Resolution of September 19, 2024, which approves the call for subsidies for the year 2024 aimed at private companies for the hiring of people participating in the projects of the Training and Employment Program. SCALE that have obtained a positive evaluation, the overall amount of the call being set at 7,500,000 euros, with a FS financing source, with the following breakdown according to budget applications, years and the application of the de minimis regime, differentiating according to: - Budget application 140130000 G/242A/47000 FS21411A15 20230061.- RECRUITMENT OF STUDENTS FROM VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS, 2024: a) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023: 1,891,376.49 euros. b) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013: 22,810.52 euros. 2025: a) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831, of the Commission, of December 13, 2023: 2,032,540.11 euros. b) Subsidies awarded in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1408/2013, of the Commission, of December 18, 2013: 53,272.88 euros. The amount of the call under this budget application is co-financed at a rate of 85% by the European Social Fund + under the Extremadura ESF + Program 2021-2027, Political Objective 4 "A more social and inclusive Europe, through the application of the European Pillar of Social Rights", within priority 1 "Employment, adaptability, entrepreneurship and social economy", Specific objective "Improve access to employment and activation measures for all job seekers, and in particular young people, especially through the application of the Youth Guarantee, the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labor market, and inactive people, as well as through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy", Measure 1.A.15 "Incentives for hiring in the learning modality participating in the Dual Professional Employment Schools of Extremadura". - Budget application 140130000 G/242A/47000 FS21455A05 20230067.- CONTRACT.
