Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries. Employers and companies may be beneficiaries of the hiring incentives, regardless of the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, for occupations within the scope of the professional certificates taught at the “Obradoiro de Emprego Medioambiental Torre de Goiáns III – Boiro”, that is, the activity is related to the specialties of “Installation and maintenance of gardens and green areas – AGAO0208” or with “Forest Repopulations and Silvicultural Treatments – AGAR0208” and that hire employees to provide services in work centers located in the territorial area of Galicia. Second. - Object. The purpose of the incentives for temporary contracting as an employee is to facilitate the employability and employability of people participating in the dual employment workshop “OBRADOIRO DE EMPREGO ENVIRONMENTAL TORRE DE GOIÁNS III - BOIRO”, financed through the 2023 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops, by the General Directorate of Training for Employment and Orientation, belonging to the Department of Employment Promotion and Equality. the Xunta de Galicia. Third. - Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases for aid through incentives for the temporary hiring of students of the dual employment workshop “Obradoiro de Emprego Medioambiental Torre de Goiáns III – Boiro”, published in the BDNS and in the electronic headquarters of the Boiro City Council and announced in the BOP by extract, approved by the Local Government Board in the session of 09/25/2024. Room. - Amount. Temporary contracts will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500 for each worker, corresponding to a minimum full-time contract of 3 months. The subsidies in this call will be financed with a total credit of €30,000, charged to budget application 241/47000 of project 2023-3-OBRAD-2-2 and with said amount retained through operation no. 220240009078 of the current municipal budget. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. Applications for aid for eligible contracts must be submitted to the General Registry of the Boiro City Council within 15 calendar days from the day following the completion of the TORRE GOIÁNS III – BOIRO ENVIRONMENTAL EMPLOYMENT OBRADOIRO”, that is, from 11/23/2024 to 12/07/2024, both included, with publication in the BDNS being a requirement as well as the call and an extract of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña. The complete bases will be published on the Transparency Portal, on the city council's website, as well as on the Notice Board. Sixth - Documentation and submission of applications must be submitted in the standardized form listed as Annex I, along with the following documentation, original or certified or verified copy: a. to act on behalf of the entity. b. Declaration of the personnel of all the company's work centers in Galicia in the month prior to the month of publication of this call, according to the model in the annex. c. Responsible declaration that they have the administrative, financial and operational capacity to comply with the conditions of the aid. d. Certificate of bank account.
