REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR GRANTS FOR INFORMATION AND AWARENESS ACTIONS IN THE LGTBI COLLECTIVE, PROMOTING THE FIGHT AGAINST DISCRIMINATION BASED ON SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR GENDER IDENTITY

Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of September 23, 2024, the call and specific bases for the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. PURPOSE: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies intended to finance projects that promote equal treatment and opportunities and non-discrimination of people belonging to the LGTBI group. Projects must aim to promote social inclusion, raise awareness about sexual and gender diversity, and support LGTBI people in various areas of life. SECOND. BENEFICIARIES: Non-profit entities, legally constituted before the approval of the call, registered in Castilla La Mancha, active and whose objectives include in their statutes a commitment to equal rights and non-discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation, sexual identity and/or gender expressions, may apply for and be beneficiaries of the subsidy. THIRD. AMOUNT AND BUDGET ITEM The aid to be granted will be charged to budget item 2311.489.01 “Subsidy for information and awareness activities for the LGTBI community” with a total amount of €2,000.00. ROOM. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS SUBMISSION DEADLINE The deadline to submit the application and documentation will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara. PLACE OF SUBMISSION Applications and the rest of the documentation will be submitted electronically at the Azuqueca de Henares City Hall.
