Official description of the call
First. — Beneficiaries: Public or private research centers and organizations, as well as public and private universities, provided that they carry out their activity in Aragon and hire doctoral research personnel, in accordance with the following assessment criteria: a) Academic and/or scientific career of the candidate. Up to 45 points. Scientific-technical contributions. Up to 30 points Mobility and internationalization carried out until the date of submission of the application. Up to 15 points. b) Scientific-technical history of the tutor researcher and scientific-technical history of the team in which the candidate is a member. Up to 30 points. Scientific-technical contributions and training capacity. Up to 15 points Internationalization of research. Up to 15 points. c) Degree of adequacy of the postdoctoral activity proposal to the areas of specialization, subareas and areas of activity of S3 Aragón. Up to 10 points. Work plan of the activities proposed during the validity of the program. Up to 5 points Adequacy and impact of the proposal to the specific field of activity of the selected scientific-technical area. Up to 5 points. d) Mobility and internationalization of the postdoctoral training period proposed for the candidate. Up to 10 points. Stay plan and adaptation of its duration to the postdoctoral program. Up to 5 points International relevance of the center and target group of the stay. Up to 5 points. e) Have obtained the doctoral degree within the framework of the calls for hiring predoctoral research personnel in training financed by the Government of Aragon. 5 points. Second. — Purpose: To call for subsidies for postdoctoral training of doctoral research personnel (Odón de Buen Program) during the period 2025-2027, under the form of a full-time employment contract, with exclusive dedication and for a fixed duration, carried out at the university, research center or organization, under the provisions of current labor legislation and in the collective agreements of the contracting entities, where applicable, without prejudice to the specialties derived from the content of the Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation. The number of subsidized postdoctoral contracts will depend on existing budgetary availability, although the planned amount allows financing nineteen contracts, including the reserve to finance a contract with a person with a recognized disability equal to or greater than thirty-three percent. These contracts will have a maximum duration of 2 years. Likewise, the subject of this call is the possible carrying out of research stays by each of the postdoctoral contracts in a center located outside Spanish territory throughout the term of the Third postdoctoral contract. — Regulatory bases: Order EMC71428/2024, of November 19, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in the field of science, research and knowledge transfer. Room. — Amount: The total amount of the call is one million four hundred and ninety-one thousand five hundred euros (€1,491,500.00). Fifth. — Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Aragon.
