Official description of the call
1. Object and purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions and procedures for the granting, on a non-competitive basis, with proration, of subsidies, by the Forallac City Council, whose purpose is to promote high-level individual federated physical activity among young people between 10 and 22 years of age in the municipality of Forallac. Line 1: Aid in the field of promoting high-level sport among young people, where the eligible objects will be the expenses derived from: - Acquisition of sports equipment - Subsistence allowances, travel (with a limit established by Law 35/2006 relating to Personal Income Tax) and registrations for championships - Fees to sports entities and associations 2. Financial amount The maximum amount for this aid is three thousand euros (3,000.00.-€) charged to budget application 341.48005 of the 2024 budget. 3. Period for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (BOP). The applications together with the documentation required in point 6 above will have to be submitted to the City Council Registry. They may also be presented in any of the places provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The submission of the subsidy application presupposes knowledge and acceptance of the rules that regulate it. 4. Amount of subsidies The amount of the subsidy is established based on the following scales or categories: - Participation in International Championships: Maximum aid of €600 - Participation in State Championships: Maximum aid of €500 - Participation in Regional Championships: Maximum aid of €350 - Participation in Provincial Championships: Maximum aid of €200 You can only participate and obtain aid for one of the three previous categories or scales. Therefore, participation in championships of different territorial scope will NOT mean that the aid is cumulative in nature, but only participation in the championship with the greatest territorial scope will be taken into account. 5. Subsidy assessment criteria No subsidy assessment criteria are determined. The concession procedure will be on a non-competitive basis, with proration, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the specific regulatory bases. 6. Temporal scope of eligible actions Eligible expenses within the framework of the subsidy granted under these bases must have been carried out compulsorily during the following period: January 1, 2024 and until December 31, 2024. 7. Payment of the subsidy and advances The specific regulatory bases do not establish the payment of advances. 8. Deadline for resolution and notification The deadline for granting aid will be, at most, TWO MONTHS from the closing date of the application period. Failure to resolve within the indicated period will have dismissal effects. Once the granting of the subsidies has been agreed, these will be notified to the interested parties within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of approval of the resolution, in accordance with that provided for in article 40 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
