Beneficiaries: 1. Individuals and communities of owners may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this Call, in homes in residential buildings that intend to carry out the actions included in the purpose of the call, whose homes or buildings in which the eligible facilities are proposed are located in the municipality of Riba-roja de Túria. 2. Applicants who have received aid or subsidies for the same purpose from the Riba-roja de Túria City Council nor those who fall under the circumstances established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. 3. In order for this Grant Call to generate the greatest possible impact on the reduction of CO2 emissions, it will be required that the property on which the installation is intended to be carried out be inhabited.
