Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The status of beneficiaries will be natural persons, legal entities, groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, can carry out the actions subject to subsidy. Second. Purpose To call, through the advance processing procedure, for the year 2025, aid in kind for attendance at the Meat Attraction 2025 agro-food fair, in accordance with Order 79/2022, of April 22, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting, on a de minimis basis, of aid in kind for group participation at the stand that the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development will hire to attend fairs in the agri-food sector. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 79/2022, of April 22, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting, on a de minimis basis, of in-kind aid for group participation in the stand that the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development will hire to attend fairs in the agri-food sector, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha No. 82, of 29 April 2022. Fourth. Financing. The total budget planned for this call is 52,716.31 euros charged to budget item 21050000G/716A/47090 of the general budgets of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha for the year 2025. The amount of the subsidy corresponding to each beneficiary will be obtained from the result of dividing the award amount for the design, construction, assembly, dismantling and services of the institutional stand of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development at the "Meat Attraction 2025" fair between the square meters of the institutional stand, obtaining the amount per square meter, in such a way that the subsidy is directly proportional to the final surface area approved for each beneficiary. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be submitted, in accordance with the application model annex I of this resolution, within a period of 1 month from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the National Subsidies Database and its publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.
