OPENING OF THE PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTATION Subject to public information is the plenary agreement of this Provincial Council, dated September 12, 2024, regarding the initial approval of the Provincial Plan for Municipal Economic Coordination for the year 2024. Maintenance and repair of municipal facilities and services, for a period of ten days counted from the publication of the corresponding announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province no. 179, dated September 16, 2024 without allegations having been presented, and definitively approved the credit modification file no. 45/2024, the aforementioned Plan has been definitively approved. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the agreement, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and at the headquarters, is published, in order to open the deadline for the presentation of documentation by the beneficiary municipalities. electronic of the Provincial Council of Huesca (https://sede.dphuesca.es/): First. Beneficiaries Municipalities of the Province of Huesca, except those with a population of more than 5,000 inhabitants, given their greater economic capacity compared to the rest of the municipalities. Second. Purpose Intended to finance current expenditure, carried out in the year 2024, derived from the hiring of personnel, self-employed or companies for the maintenance and repair of municipal facilities and/or municipal services, except for the corrective maintenance of energy supplies, which was provided for in the first Municipal Economic Coordination Plan for 2024. Expenses related to accounting, inventory or municipal register computer programs, as well as those derived from the use of computer applications, will be considered eligible. for implementation of electronic administration (Gestiona or others). Current expenses that refer to the ordinary activity of the local entity not directly related to a specific municipal service other than those indicated above will not be understood as eligible expenses. Third. Regulatory bases Plenary agreement dated September 12, 2024 that appears on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (www.dphuesca.es/planes-de-concertacion-municipal). Room. Amount Global amount: €1,500,000 Distribution criteria: a) By municipality: €3,600, that is, €702,000. b) For each inhabitant, €4, according to the population figures referring to January 1, 2023, that is: €357,284. c) By singular population entities, referred to the gazetteer of the National Institute of Statistics as of January 1, 2023: The rest, that is: €440,716. Fifth. Deadline for submission of documentation In accordance with the wording of the Plan, beneficiaries must complete, electronically, the electronic form for sending documentation, attaching a responsible declaration and acceptance of the subsidy, as well as other complementary documentation specified therein, within a period of 10 days, counting from the day following the publication of this announcement of final approval of the Plan in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information The documentation to be presented will be formalized in the models that appear on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (www.dphuesca.es/planes-de-concertacion-municipal), specific for this procedure, and will be presented electronically.
