Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities that simultaneously meet the following conditions: a) That promote programs in the areas described above, that carry out their program of activities in this city and the citizens of Barberá del Vallés are the beneficiaries thereof, or that develop their program of activities outside the municipality, if the proposed activities are considered of interest for the external projection of the city. b) That they are legally constituted. c) That they are registered and have the corresponding data updated in the Municipal Registry of Associations, if they have their headquarters in Barberá del Vallés. d) That they are registered in the General Registry of legal entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia, in the National Registry of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior, in the Registry of the Ministry of Justice or in any other official public registry. e) That they have the statutes adapted to Law 4/2008, of April 24, of the third book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, relating to legal entities, with the exception of sports associations registered with the General Secretariat of Sports and state-level associations, or that present a document proving that they have initiated the adaptation procedures before the Secretariat of legal entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia. f) That they do not have pending justification or debts from agreements from previous years with the Barberá del Vallés City Council. g) That they comply with all the regulations that regulate the implementation of the proposed activities and have the accident and civil liability insurance determined by current regulations. h) They certify (responsible declaration) that they have never been subject to final administrative sanctions or final condemnatory sentences against Law 17/2015, of July 21, on effective equality between women and men. Second. Object. Health promotion Protection and welfare of animals Third. Regulatory bases. The full text of the approved bases can be consulted on the website http://www.bdv.cat/es, of the Barberá del Vallés City Council. Room. Amount. The expenses generated by the granting of economic and infrastructure aid amount to a total amount of 20,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The period for submitting applications will end after 20 business days have elapsed, counting from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province.
